Meet the Team

Of course all this hard work and new look would be pointless without an excellent Team headed up by the experienced Suzie Hix, previously of le Caprice, The Ivy, Ménage a tois, The Canteen & Fish, her experience and knowledge working at these top London Restaurants will be extremely beneficial to the business especially on the service side.

 

Bryn Evans is Head Chef and is well known for his excellent skills and passion for British Food, freshly prepared. Bryn has trained at the duke of Westminster's Michelin starred Chester Grosvenor, Duke of Devonshire's Michelin starred Devonshire arms and one of Wales' most prestigious properties Bodysgallen Hall and has also more recently been apart of the team at Nigel Haworth's Ribble Valley Inns.

 

Suzie and Bryn are also joined by Sous Chef Chris “Mitch” Mitchell, Ruth as Maitre D and Debbie as our Bar Manager.
